Newly upgraded by Resort in last year or so. yearly maintenance fee is $2740.00. Points are 2200 in Interval International. We have 2200 points left over that expire in June 2025 and this years points of 2200. The transfer fees are around $1500-$2000.00 for the deed filing and Hyatt fees. New owner pays the fees but we could discuss some small share by us.

NO exchange into Hyatt through EEE (= II) for HVC members

With this unit you can exchange into other Hyatts using the internal Hyatt system. You would get 2200 points annually so you could exchange into any Hyatt within the system,

2200 no; the other week yes but don’t need points with Hyatt property. Just trade the week since it is diamond
