I have a timeshare available in Branson, MO. The area is fantastic; we just don't have the time any longer to use this vacation and have limited RCI opportunities in our local area.

When reviewing costs to sell, it seems more advantageous to gift this week. Cost involved is $50.00 to process the quit claim deed; which I will cover and Roark Resort would process. Its a nice resort with many amenities.
