Bluebeards Castle Villas, a legacy resort, has many unused studios available for only a $150 transfer fee. Pick your month,week and room. No deeds, no lawyers, no closing costs and when you can't use it anymore, you can turn it in, no problem. 2025 maintenance fees $1060 for studios. Some 1 and 2 bedrooms available too.
