We have been owners at Polynesian Isles in Kissimmee, Florida for 23 years, and have enjoyed it very much. The resort is about 5 miles from Disney World. It is in a gorgeous tropical setting. The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The week we own is the first week of January, but you can use any week, since we have flextime. It is a deeded week. We are willing to split the cost of transferring ownership. There is no mortgage. Maintenance fees are approx. $800/year.
