I used to own a Week at Pinecliff Village (I sold it 2 years ago). FWIW I found Pinecliff Village to be a well maintained, well located Resort with the Ruidoso Downs Race Track (to the East) and the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino/Hotel (to the West) and about 1/2 mile to downtown Ruidoso. The race track is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day thus Week 23 should fit.
Note: I no longer own at Pinecliff Village and do not know the OP. My only reason for posting is to add information.
