FREE Palace View Spinnaker Branson Week 8 2 Bedroom Lockout - Even Years

Resort: Palace View Spinnaker
Week: 8 - Bi-annual Usage (Even Years - Starts 2014)
Size: 2 Bedroom Lockout. (Get 2 - 1 bedroom deposits)
Maintenance Fees: $535 on year of usage (Note: The Management Company on final transfer requires $750 of prepayment of future Maintenance fees.)

I will pay for closing and transfer fees. Buyer will be responsible for the maintenance fees.

Can exchange in both RCI Weeks and Points or Interval International. Deeded week is 8. Usage starts in 2014, then 2016 and so forth. My last exchange was with Interval International to Marriott Cypress Harbour in Orlando this past New Year. It was in the 60 day window.

I am downsizing my portfolio.

One of the lockouts of the traded weeks from last use year 2012 was just traded for this summer at the Marriott Cypress Harbour with this unit.

Checkin date is June 22 to June 29 in a 2 bedroom.

If you actually calculate the cost of the fees plus membership and trade - it came up to less than $500 for the whole week.

I will include that in this giveaway! Free of charge. I will pay for the guest certificate fee.

Note that the name on the guest certificate must be the same name on the deed.
