We own a 1BR sleep 4 unit on the water in South Yarmouth, MA, Cape Cod.
Float - May/June, Sept/Oct.
Located on Smugglers Beach on the Atlantic Ocean and the Bass River it is in the heart of Cape Code near golf, shopping, dining.
- Uses RCI and others, but we do not cuurently subscribe to the service.
- A small kitchenette and a gas fireplace.
- Enclosed pool and deck right on the water.
Was purchased in 1988 before we got married, only used it twice and have not been there in close to 20 years as our vacation habits have changed.
I will pay 2011 MF of ($600) no weeks have been reserved as yet for coming year.
Note: Resort will be renovated in the coming year and a special assement is expected (amount unknown at this time)
