This listing is for a 2bdrm unit in Orlando near International drive (close to shopping and Universal). Owners are 90+ years old and can no longer travel.

Resort Location: 5353 Del Verde Way Orlando, FL 32819. Near International Drive, shopping malls, Universal theme park, other attractions
Fixed Week and Unit : Yearly Week #24 ... Wydham points 175,000 ... RCI points 24
Unit size: Fixed unit #201 (end unit). 2 Bdrm / 3 Bathroom / overlooking pool courtyard / floorplan
Annual Maintenance Fees: $1,219.31 (paid Dec 2024 for 2025 billing)
Next Maintenance Fee: Usually billed end of November and due Jan 1 ... So next maintenance fee will be due Jan 01, 2026
Season: High demand due to summer vacation
Exchange Company; Club Wyndham (owners typically used RCI when they wanted to exchange however)
Past Trades: Many trades over the years as the owners have had this timeshare since 1991. Too many to list. The high point value made it easy to trade for other locations.
Closing Costs: Seller will pay transfer and closing costs as well.
Owner greatly enjoyed the timeshare over the years whether staying in the unit itself or trading for other vacations. The resort is easy and inexpensive to access with Orlando International Airport. The home resort is clean and well-kept with easy central access to many Florida attractions. Owners often traded for vacations as well, often able to get multiple vacations per year thru RCI.
