We've been owners for 19 years and have stayed at The Manhattan Club (TMC) a handful of times. While we love all that NYC offers, we purchased TMC for the trading value through RCI. We always earn the highest trade point value when depositing into RCI's Weeks program. Depending on the location and resorts we choose, our one-bedroom TMC trade garners us 2-3 weeks in 2 or 3 bedroom units every year. (However, Hawaii is typically an even trade but we’ll receive a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.)
Since our travel priorities have changed, we no longer need TMC and would love to pass it along to someone else who'd love to travel as much as we did.
It's centrally located and close to the action yet feels like a retreat away from the hustle and bustle. It's right across the street from Carnegie Hall; a couple of blocks from Central Park and Columbus Circle; and a short 10-minute walk to Times Square & Rockefeller Center. A must: download audio walking tours. They're an incredible way to learn about the history of NYC.
Details:
~Seller will pay closing/transfer costs
~Deeded property with yearly usage (usage year is July 25 - July 24 of the following year)
~1 bed/2 bath (can sleep up to 5 with a roll away)
~1 week Gold Flex Interest - check in/out any day of the week (Blackout: Dec 30, 31, and Jan 1. However, if available, you can pay for those nights at an owner discounted price)
~Can stay 7 consecutive or non-consecutive nights (can split up the week), but there's a maximum of 1 Saturday stay per usage year
~July 25, 2021 - July 24, 2022 maintenance fees paid ($3300/yr)

~Bonus Nights: If you no longer have days left in your usage year, you can pay for additional nights at an owner discounted price
