redwingfan - DRI may take back this week from you, if you don't owe money and your fees are all paid in full. I successfully turned back my Mystic Dunes and am happy to be rid of it. There's a $250 fee but they handle all the paperwork and closing. Check out the long sticky on top of the DRI forum - good luck!
