Looking to get rid of my weeks timeshare and don’t want anything in return! I never used it once and was gifted it 5yrs ago. The resort is Grand Palm Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. It’s a lock-off unit, 3beds total within two separate rooms. Odd years only & floating red weeks 20 - 38. Maintenance fees with tax are $1,116 (odd years only) and transfer fees/closing cost are $380. New owner is responsible for both.
 
No elevators.
 
Nice resort. I’ve been there once and going back this summer. The resort has a free shuttle to take you back and forth to the beach. Parking is at a premium anyway.
