Monarch Grand Vacation/Diamond International Timeshare - FREE
We're giving our timeshare away. We have a 155 point membership plan.
We transfer the ownership over to you (we pay the $100 transfer fee) and you take over the membership. Maintenance fees are $172.83 every quarter. (For an extra $50, you can be a part of the Diamond International Connection Program which gives you access to a bunch of their properties.)
We're giving this is away is because we have a 2 year old daughter, and we rarely have the opportunity to travel since she was born.
We have been to Riviera Shores once (very nice across from the beach, Tahoe several times (right across the street from Heavenly. Amazing location) and the Cabo location once (INSANE! So nice. Call ahead and ask for the ocean view! Amazing!)
Monarch Grand Vacation Timeshare has resorts in these areas: Southern California, Cabo, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Tahoe, Utah) Point system allowing trade with either Monarch Owned Properties or exchange utilizing Interval International (which gives you access to resorts all over the world.)
155 biannual points. (If purchased through Monarch, this would cost you at least $9600!)
• Includes ownership in 9 Resorts (and every new resort they build you own part of it)
• Access to Interval International where you can use your points to stay in resorts and hotels all around the world - 2,500 resorts in over 75 nations. (we'll give you the catalog so you can browse through all your options)
• We have the 155 biannual points (awarded every odd year in February). We have not used any of our points for 2013-2015. No restrictions on dates & size of room, use your points for a week or single nights. These points can be used at any of the 9 resorts
• Our timeshare is COMPLETELY paid off. All you would need to do is take over the maintenance fees ($172.83, every quarter)
