Eagle Trace At Massanutten 2 bedroom Lock-off. Annual
Maintenance fees $500 a year.
Float weeks 11-17 and 47-50.
Deposit each 1 bedroom into RCI and get 15 credits/points/tpu.
Plus you get a "bonus" week with RCI for each 1 bedroom deposit.
Bottom line you pay $500 this gets you 30 pts plus 2 "bonus" weeks with RCI each year.
I not only have paid the 2012 maintenance/taxes- I have paid the 2013 as well.
Your maintenance fees and usage begins in 2014.
I can prepare the deed and Record it. (You pay me $50)
The transfer fee is $50(Your responsibilty.)
*** This will allow you to join RCI(You have to own a timeshare to be a member.) You can take advantage of RCI "Last Calls" and Buy one get one free rental deals.*** I can't imagine a cheaper way to become a timeshare person.

It is RCI Not RCA

This Timeshare would be perfect for someone who wants to get started in timesharing with little cost. To join RCI-- You must own a timeshare. This timeshare is free. Every timeshare has a Maintenance Fee-- There is no fee until 2014 with this one.

Once in RCI-- You can go on "Last Calls"-- Buy one Get Free-- Vacations etc.etc. Much less than many Timeshare's Maintenance Fees.

I am surprised that nobody has taken this one from me.

Very interested

Hi Betajoe, good evening! My husband and I just came back from this resort and love it. We are very interested in your offer and was wondering if it is still available. If you could please contact us to discuss about it, it would be great. Or you can give us your contact and we'll call you ASAP. Thanks in advance. Ruth & Jeff Monte (301) 801-4418

Still Available

Maybe I should Charge a $1,000.:) People have no problem to pay the Developer/Resort tens of thousands for a timeshare. However, people hesitate when it is free.

I can not think of a cheaper way to get involved in a timeshare. Massanutten is a great resort with great condos.

You get 30 TPU's for $500 Maintenance. Plus 2 Bonus weeks with RCI.

From this point on --only serious people call me.

If anyone knows of any timeshare that is a better deal than this-- Let me know.
