Lawaii Beach Resort
Maintenance fees only. Mortgage paid off. Currently $1300/year. One bedroom, one bath. Sleeps 4 with pullout couch. Third floor. Directly across from the ocean in Poipu, which is on the south shore of Kauai. Lanai faces ocean. Recently remodeled unit. Restaurants and shopping nearby.
 
Is it a fixed building, if so, which?
 
Yes. It's in the middle building, the Banyan Building which directly faces the ocean It has the largest pool and has the reception area for the 3 buildings at the resort.
