What
Giving away my Tahoe Chaparral timeshare, unit #27, fixed week #38 every year (usually 3rd week of september), this is still considered a red week.
For 2025 it is 9/20 to 9/27.


Where
Tahoe Chaparral is located in Incline Village, NV, on the North East side of Lake Tahoe (Nevada side).


Description
The condo has 3 levels:

• ground level, carport, entrance
• 2nd level is a master bedroom with bath, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bathroom and a washer dryer
• 3rd level is a kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a sofa bed plus room for other beds. A large balcony overseeing the lake. Beautiful sunsets.

The back of the condo faces the forest, the front is facing the lake (view is on the 3rd floor)


Maintenance
Annual maintenance fee is $975, usually due early July. Next due will be in July 2025.
All maintenance fees are paid as of now.
There is special assessments coming, $100 that I'll take care of (or give you the money if you get the condo before it's due).

September in Tahoe is not too hot, not too cold.
If you like end of summer hikes, this could work for you.
You can also swap with other owners for winter weeks at Tahoe Chaparral.
