Plantation resort, 2 bed 2 bath every odd year. 2017 MF $744 payable on the odd year only.

I have a reservation for July 1-8th, 2017, new owner to refund the MF paid and get the 2017 usage (Prime summer reservation that includes July 4th!), but I will cover all of the transfer costs. Will use LT transfers, but if you would like to use a different transfer company will consider.

Good trader in RCI. You can book the a prime summer week in advance and then choose to deposit that week. Got 38 TPU's last time, which makes for a very good $/TPU if you want to trade.

RCI Gold crown resort.

Hi - still available? What week do you have this? I’m assuming this is prime floating week since you were able to reserve it 4th of July.

I need to apologize to the last posters. I did not get a notification (spam filter maybe??) and have not been on the site in some time. Sorry is all I can say.

This is still available, have booked a prime summer week for 2019. Sat - Sat the week AFTER July 4th week. Would expect MF to be repaid if someone wants the week or I can use/rent it out.

This is a prime floating summer week and you can book any summer week (highest/best booking window available for the resort).

This is Plantation section in the same resort as Presidential Villas - the different sections have separate maintenance fees but share the common resort facilities (to the best of my understanding).
