We have 34,000 points in the Premiere Club Connection operated by ILXA and affiliated with Diamond Resorts. 2012 dues are paid. We will give this account to anyone who wishes to take it on and we will pay for the transfer fee with Diamond Resorts. You can have your attorney prepare the transfer documents at your cost or we will pay our attorney to do so.

Annual maintenance fees For 2011 were $1050, for 2012 they were $1451.
