Free Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch Week.

2 bedroom, Week 45 (Nov 8-15), Unit 6244

MF in 2024 were $1802.06, which included $147.24 in Club Dues.

Club dues (currently $157) due annually. I will pay them for 2025.

First use is 2026. Buyer responsible for transfer costs through LT transfers, $365-$435, and Hyatt transfer fee of $650.
