Maintnece total per year around 8000$ , can get many months depending on studio 1 bedroom 2 bedroom etc out points per year .. access to all Hilton and grand vaca properties through points , 2025 maintnece already paid nothing due until 2026 .. free transfer to buyer which usually cost a lot with Hilton and free 8000 points left on 2025 for months of free vaca for 2025!
