Not sure if this is still available or not. I am not the seller. BUT..I am a former owner at Waterside and moved over to Bluewater Resort and Marina (another Spinnaker Resort on HHI) and can attest golf privileges DO transfer FREE the first time and I think its 200.00 to transfer them a second time, when the units are sold/transferred except family members which are transferred free always. Waterside is a lovely resort at Coligny Beach and walk to beach and shopping and restaurants. Basically park for the week and forgetaboutit. Covered parking. We owned in Bldg 7 on the back side as well, top floor (5). Loved it. But outgrew it and Bluewater was a quiet resort on north side of HHI and waterfront on inland waterway. Sold! And golf privileges at Country Club of Hilton Head. Years ago Waterside was RCI but may be II now. I am not sure. Bluewater is II. Spinnaker Resort owners on Hilton Head tend to occupy and not trade or exchange or rent.....people drive there mostly from all over and love it. We own three weeks in July fixed weeks at Bluewater. And occupy and use them.
