Platinum floating weeks 1-18, 23-35, 42-50.
First use and fee 2027, or buyer can reimburse 2026 fee of $1856 and receive 2026 points.
Buyer pays closing and transfer fees totaling an estimated $1,038 (composed of $400 closing company fee, $99 estoppel, $489 Membership Transfer fee, and $50 recording fee). A one-time $715 Club Inventory Activation fee per interval is payable directly to HGVC after transfer completion. The 2026 maintenance fee is 1,856.20 (not including club dues).
