Giving the above property away for free. Just pay closing/transfer costs. You'll be responsible for 2024 Maintenance Fees. Full 2024 points is available. I believe LT Transfer is $250+recording fees and Hilton's transfer fee is $460. If someone is willing to take all 6, I'll cover the LT Transfer fees of $250. You'll just pay Hilton's transfer fee for each.

100% of the 2024 points will be available for use. But you're paying the MF for 2024. Depending on how long transaction take. They will bill you after you take ownership or if I have to pay you will need to reimburse me.
