Free to a good home, large 1 bedroom premium unit at Harborside Resort at Atlantis on Paradise Island, Bahamas. Unit is fixed week 31 in gold season every year – 51,700 staroptions. Eligible for II exchanges.

MF for 2024 were $2576.90. MF for 2025 to be paid for by seller. Estimated closing costs/transfer fees $2200

2025 dates: 8/1/25 -8/8/25

2026 dates: 7/31/26-8/7/26
