I am looking for someone who is interested in a timeshare at the world famous Atlantis Resort. We currently own two weeks and are looking to get rid of one of them as we haven't been able to use them both recently. We love it there. Ideally, since I am willing to give it away, it would be someone that has some knowledge on how to get all of this done. I am basically willing to forego any money in order for someone to make this easy to unload. Thanks! Mac

Harborside does not have a term - you own it until you sell it or die. I'm sure it's paid off - $1,503.81 is the yearly maintenance fee.

FYI the transfer requires a Bahamian attorney and the closing cost is generally between $1800-$2200.

So when I die, it terminates itself without being passed down to my kid, is it correct?
Can you recommend a Bahamian attorney for the transfer? I can't use LT Transfer on this cases, right?

I would not use LT. But, it is probably more important for the buyer to do it correctly than for the seller. I transferred 3 units using Timeshare Closing Services. The rate varied as @tschwa2 stated. Those were the fees to get the unit into my name. Not sure what the charge is to sell it.
