You should post it on Facebook. You may find people who aren’t familiar with the resort and that it even has timeshares. You may spark interest that way. That’s how i found my “buyer”. I gave it away.

have a couple of versions of the ad, and alternate them.

Don't only post in Bahamas. Post in your local area, or in major east coast cities that could easily fly to Nassau.
Also, post on the Nextdoor.com neighborhood forum for your area.
