Bump! March is still pretty much winter at Harbor Ridge, but there is great cross-country skiing (the carriage paths in Acadia National park are groomed by volunteers,) Ocean Drive in the park is open, and, quite frankly, the views are still spectacular in winter. And there certainly won't be the crowds.
The resort has an indoor pool and an indoor/outdoor hot tub, which are both very nice in winter. Plus a huge, wood burning fireplace in the clubhouse where you can do s'mores. I'm not sure if you've had success with it as a trader, but if you want it to use, it's a great value. We've stayed there in December and had a great time. (There are some nice hills on the resort property that we used for sledding while we were there.)
The MF are under $600 a year, and it trades in II as a two-bedroom. It is a Premier resort with an owner-controlled HOA board.
(Sandra, I would also contact the resort directly, and they should help list this for you as well, esp. since you are giving it away-- this might be very attractive for a local owner looking for day use of the indoor pool, since the MF is cheaper than a Y membership on the island.)
