Free Grandview at Las Vegas (Week 46, mid-November)

Grandview at Las Vegas
Annual Grandview at Las Vegas 1 bedroom, weeks program, Friday check-in day (Unit 2-207A).

Week 46 (mid-November, sometimes overlaps with Thanksgiving!):
  • 2025 dates: 11/14-11/21 (week before Thanksgiving)
  • 2026 dates: 11/13-11/20 (week before Thanksgiving)
  • 2027 dates: 11/12-11/19 (week before Thanksgiving)
  • 2028 dates: 11/17-11/24 (Thanksgiving week)
2025 maintenance fees of $475 paid. No mortgage/lien, deeded property.

Seller willing to pay transfer fees. Happy to work with any reputable transfer or title company of the buyer's choice (LT Transfers seems popular on this forum, but I don't have direct experience).

Grandview at Las Vegas has continuously been awarded a Gold Crown Status with RCI since 2002. It is south of the strip adjacent to South Point Casino.

Sorry, not sure what you mean? I have one deposit from the past that I plan to use but all weeks from 2025 onward are available for use or deposit. I will update the ad to reflect this - please let me know if you are interested!
 
Ah, it seems to be impossible to amend the wording of the ad itself, so hopefully people will read the whole thread to learn about the status of the available weeks.
 
Super helpful to know the 2025+ weeks are all still available. This looks like a great deal, especially with the transfer fees covered!
