We’ve truly enjoyed staying here, but need to transfer this timeshare to someone else who can enjoy it. This is fully paid off with no remaining debts or loans. The new owner will assume ownership and be responsible for the annual maintenance fees. It is a beautiful time of year to visit Breck but our family has outgrown the 1BR.

This one is late May, if it's week 21. It's a nice time to be in Colorado. School breaks for Colorado start before this week.

You are correct, sorry. I usually take June. The system has some flexibility in when you book based on points and priority.
