It's time to giveaway our FoxRun week to someone who loves Rumbling Bald Resort at Lake Lure NC and/or needs a great II trader. Here is the info:

FoxRun Townhomes (foxrun@lakelure.com)
  • Located in beautiful Lake Lure NC (in gated Rumbling Bald Resort).
  • Fixed week 33 w/ Saturday check-in, just when the weather starts cooling down and the kids are back to school
  • Unit 306, which is a stand alone unit with no stairs to enter. There is a view of the golf course from the living room windows, which is why we chose this unit when buying.
  • Every year ownership, first available use is Aug 16-23 in 2025. 2024 already paid and deposited into II.
  • 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Sleeps 8 max. Master bedroom has king bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. Sleeper sofa in living room.
  • 2024 fees were $975.
  • Next fees due Jan 2025 for 2025 use, paid annually after that.
  • Exchanges in II, Trading Places International, GPX (must own a GPX resort owner to be a member) and RCI.
  • Aside from using our week, we have exchanged in II for Marriott Barony Beach Club and Marriot Surfwatch in HHI & Sand Pebbles in Solana Beach CA (can provide II history)
  • Seller will pay closing costs through LT transfers

I guess I would be interested in seeing how it trades in II if you can give a couple more examples - do you usually get a 2BR when you exchange it also?

I have only used for 2 bedroom trades. You can get elite resorts slightly off season and Disney. We typically look for HHI Marriotts in the fall or over Thanksgiving, smaller Southern CA resorts in the summer or in St Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota in the winter. Please feel free to PM me if you want me to look for comparison examples.

I guess I would be interested in seeing how it trades in II if you can give a couple more examples - do you usually get a 2BR when you exchange it also?
My relative owns a week 15&35, she routinely trades into slightly off season Marriotts, Marriott Orlando high season and for the last 5 years, Morritts Tortuga & Grand (Cayman Islands) in February.
