FAVC Points: 1600 Annual, All still available for 2024!

2024 Maintenance Fee: $722, paid for 2024!

Original purchase was a 40 year membership that expires July 2042

It can be yours for the closing costs and the $100 transfer fee

It’s really just the transfer fee. No deed, no closing cost.

This TS is free to return to the developer at any time by simply not paying the maintenance fee. Just wanted to give someone the chance to get a TS for a lot less than new before I give it back.

I'm possibly interested. I would like more details on the unit and the amenities included. Is the all inclusive extra. How many guests, rooms, beds?

There isn’t an all inclusive option on this membership, but the resort may do that separately. It’s a studio with one bed and a pullout sofa for four people max.
