We are giving away our 1 bedroom red Floating week at Summer Bay , located in Clermont, Fl. It is Every Other Year starting 2017. Trades well thru Dial an Exchange. Is also an RCI points based week. We will pay 2016 Maintenence fee, closing Cost and transfer fees.

It is a points based week which new owner can participate. I chose not to and used Dial an exchange

Have not recieved the bill for 2016 but was quoted $365.23 I will pay 2016 fee

No, it was when I got it, but I chose not to sign up because they said I would need a seperate account and I don't want another RCI account, so I used DAE . If new owner wants points with RCI they can join.
