Three separate contracts available for a total of 336,000 points - grandfathered Silver VIP Ownership if all three are taken; however, available separately as well
Club Wyndham Sea Gardens - Pompano Beach, FL - 133,000 points - MFs + Club Wyndham Program Fee approx $118/mo
Club Wyndham Pagosa Springs - Pagosa Springs, CO - 126,000 points - MFs + Club Wyndham Program Fee approx $169/mo
Club Wyndham Pagosa Springs - Pagosa Springs, CO - 77,000 points - MFs + Club Wyndham Program Fee approx $121/mo

Can be used for any Club Wyndham property - Use Year: Jan 1 - Dec 31 - Can also transfer points thru RCI Exchange for use there.

Seller will continue to pay maintenance fees until transfer is completed.
276,000 points available for use for this year if all three contracts are transferred.

VIP does not transfer on resale market. It won't matter if an owner takes all three contracts, they can't get the VIP unless they are an immediate family member.

Just a fyi, so you dont end up getting a buyer and then they get upset that it does not transfer that way. VIP is a developer perk and does not transfer on the secondary market.
