We have two of these 203,000 points contracts left. The fees are being kept current $1.314.96 for 203,000 points + .70 per 1,000 for program fees, which includes your RCI weeks membership.

This is a fanstastic property near the historical Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown visitor centers, and a short drive to Jefferson's Monticello.

Points are very flexible with Wyndham. This is enough points to get a 2 bedroom unit in the most prime times of year.

There is a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. The kids love it, lots of parking, such a unique architecture that really makes you feel like you have gone back in time.

Do a simple Google search to find some great pictures on the Wyndham website. Also check out the point charts.

We are doing free closing and paying the transfer fees on all of the contracts we are giving away.

If you have any questions, let me know. I will be watching the thread, or you can click on my username.

I also have an 84,000 point contract at Kingsgate, $567 fees, + .70 per 1,000 points for the program fee. That one is also free, free closing and free transfer.

I am listing these contracts on several other sites, including Redweek, TUG Marketplace and Craig's List.

Still available. Let me know if you are interested. These are the last two I have that are 203,000 points. I gave away several already, and those owners had to pay closing and transfer fees. I am paying the transfer fees and doing the closings myself. It's just a lot less expensive and just requires me to type a deed and make a phone call to the county. It's going to be easy for you. The only thing I need from you is a signed contract and a copy of your driver's license.

I have had questions that I am answering over and over again, so I am going to post the answers on each of my free week threads.

1. How long for transfer? 4-6 months is Wyndham's transfer time.
2. Do I need to sign anything? No, you don't have to sign, and I know that's odd, but when I mail the copy of your driver's license to Wyndham, they know you are buying.
3. Estoppels, do you have those? Not yet, but I have ordered all estoppels for my giveaway weeks.
4. Are you selling Bali Hai or Shearwater? Not at this time.
5. How many people can I add to the deed?
You can add family members, if you wish, as long as they are adults, and I do need a copy of their driver's licenses, as well as yours. Adding family members allows you to make more reservations because you can only have one reservation that is overlapping in the same name. So it's a bonus to be able to add multiple names to reservations. The one problem we are up against as parents of kids in their 40's is that when we die, anything that we have added our kids' names, they will have to take over the MF's. That would be a negative for some, positive for others. I am 50-50 on the idea of adding the kids.

is the 203K contract still available?

Yes, and I have two of them.

sent you a pm with my number

These contracts are taken!

TUG member took these two.

All of our Wyndham free contracts have found a home, actually. I cannot modify the title to show that these are sold.
