My wife and I own a week at Club Wyndham Ka Eo Kai, on the island of Kauai. It is deeded property and we will transfer it to a new owner. We are unable to use it anymore.
- 2BR/2 BA lock-off unit
-Floating week, weeks 2-50
-Annual maintenance fee is $2024. Already paid the 2025 fee.
-Fee due in December
