Club Wyndham Access 84,000 points annually. Use year January 1st. Seller will pay all transfer and Wyndham transfer fees. The seller will keep maintenance fees current until the transfer is complete. I am using LT Transfer for the process. Current maintenance fees are $61.88 per month and are due monthly. If a Club Wyndham owner, a membership number must be given to the transfer company.
