2. This is an annual Points contract with use year that ends 12/31.
3. Monthly fees are $180.22 which include Wyndham's program fees.
4. This contract will give you 3 housekeeping credits, 2 guest passes and Wyndham is currently not charging for Reservation Transactions
5. This CWA contract gives you advanced reservation priority of 13 months before your check in date at CWA resorts; otherwise, you can book all the other Wyndham resorts at 10 months before check in. The exceptionns are the Margaritaville resorts which are 5 months before check in.
6. The exchange company is RCI and Wyndham provides an account upon transfer.
7. We will keep maintenance fees up to date until transfer.
8. Have estoppel on hand. 0 points are available this year and 259K points will be awarded on 1/1/25.
9. Buyer will be responsible for transfer fees: Wyndham $399 and $299 LT Transfers.
10. Wyndham will ask for your ID before they are willing to transfer the contract.
This contract was perfect for our family vacations. The advanced ARP allowed us to have great holiday vacations at tough to book resorts. We have made great memories traveling to Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C, Sedona, Las Vegas, San Diego and Oceanside to name a few. Time for a new family to enjoy!
