By the quoted MF, these are the small one bedroom units. Their trading power in II is the same as the larger 1 bedroom as they are classified as 1 bedroom, not a studio as most lock-offs.

I own 3 of these. They are great value traders and punch way above their weight.

Almost, but not quite. I have two of these. The large 1-beds do see more, but not a lot more. Though trading power seems to be changing right now.

LT Tranfer charges $250 for their time and work. They do pass through the deed registration fee (approx $40), mailing fee(usps or fedex?) and the fee Vistana charges to change the names on the account(not quite sure what this one is).
