We are giving away one of our ownerships at Eagles Nest in Breezy Point, MN. It is a 3 bedroom lock-off which provides different vacation possibilities. In the RCI points system, the entire 3 bedroom is assigned 82,000 annual points. It also exchanges with II. I normally split the lock-off and deposit the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom with II which gives me two exchanges. II also gives me 2 accommodation certificates. If you like staying on Disney property, I have exchanged multiple times with this ownership. This is week 37. MF and taxes for 2025 were $1,275. and are paid in full. Your first use year would be 2026.
