We have 8000 biannual (Even years) points for free. These are located in Myrtle Beach SC at the Harbour Lights Bluegreen Resort. Easily use them in any other Bluegreen Resort.

Maintenance Fees -517.20
Club Dues - $129
Week 9 owned
There are no current reservations New Points awarded in Feb. 2014
All dues and fees are paid for 2013

We can no longer use this and will pay all closing and transfer costs. Please contact me at dan@farsaci.com if you have any questions or are interested.

TYPE C - Free 8000 Points and Cheap MF

We were told the higher amount for these maintenance fees....BG explained that this is the lower cost MF with a Trust Fund Type C. Cost is very cheap and MUCH cheaper than the Type E. Please see below.
