Looking to give away 61,000 annual RCI points and resort ownership at Vacation Village at Westin. Gold Crown Red Season. Maintenance fees paid for 2012. Annual maintenance fee of $746.

Seller pays 100% of title transfer and resort transfer fees. No cost to buyer until 2013 maintenance fees due. Title transfer done through TUG recommended title transfer company.

2012 Points still available and redeemable through 31 Dec 2013.
