3 bedroom lockoff, Floating week, floating unit, Diamond season, can reserve any week of the year. Can trade with Diamond exchange, RCI or II. Annual fee of $1150 for 2020 has been paid. 2019 weeks deposited to Diamond exchange system good for 3 more years.

Free closing, free 2019 deposits if buyer starts usage in 2020 and reimburse 2020 MF.

How does Diamond work?

Never use that exchange before. Is it points, weeks, credits?

This is a nice offer.

Great resort, good exchanger in II.

OP, do you know if this ownership is eligible for ExtraOrdinary Escapes via Diamond? I am not familiar with Diamond, but would love to be able to use a couple of properties in their system...
