I’m currently a Wyndham Platinum owner and have been for over 10 years. We have really enjoyed the memories that we’ve had with our friends and family. However, we bought a motorhome for our retirement travel now and currently going through the certified exit program. One way that made us platinum is that we had a PIC. It is part of the PIC Plus Program. It’s located in Murrels Inlet, SC (MB). I’m looking for someone to take it over. All you need to pay for is the deed change which is about $500. Maintenance Fees are a little less than a $1,000 a year. I always used this PIC to deposit through RCI and over to Wyndham for 254,000 points. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom at Atalaya Towers. I’ve never been to this resort because I always wanted the points. It is annual float weeks 15-19 & 37-43.
It’s a great way to get those extra benefits to take you to the VIP Level if you are a Wyndham owner. Otherwise, it’s a really good yearly maintenance fee for a 3 bedroom.

Someone more knowledgeable in Wyndham might be able to confirm this since I'm not a Wyndham owner. I thought PIC Plus contracts are non-transferable?

It sounds interesting, but unless I read the info on the Wyndham website incorrectly, it says it’s non-transferable to non-relatives.

It’s a PIC Plus which is different. If you were to buy, it’s yours..The deed is in your name. I bought it and put it straight into RCI, then Wyndham. It’s all a game and I learned to play it over the years.

It looks like you’re new, but after another text or 2 I can then pm you

No offense taken. I'm a CW member but not familiar with the PIC program so I did a little research on CW and TUGG and it appears you'd just be able to provide the deeded week that would be eligible for the PIC plus program, but cannot transfer PIC plus to a non family member. And I'd need to buy developer CW points for $$$$ in order to set it up as a new PIC in my name after I acquired the deeded week, which if it is the case, I wouldn't be interested. If you or anyone else has other info on this such as some old grandfathered in program, I'd be happy to review.
