Free 3 bd Twin Rivers resort in Fraser Colorado

This is a 3 bedroom week 29, unit NY5 at Twin Rivers in Fraser Colorado. This has been an excellent trader for Interval, and the small exchange companies because it is high season and the 3 bedrooms mean never having to pay an upgrade fee. Maintenance fees are reasonable at $870. Use begins next year in 2025. The nice thing about this resort is you can deposit up to 2 years in advance without prepaying maintenance fees, as long as the account is current. GPX will also accept deposits from here if you have a GPX affiliated resort.
I will pay closing.

This is an excellent resort to use as PIC in Wyndham. Worth 254,000 points. A bargain for the MF's.

PIC requires a retail purchase from Wyndham to be eligible, correct?

True. It's been a highly sought after resort for PIC when people go into a sales presentation with eyes open. You can PIC two of these weeks for 508,000 points that make for a cheap add-on with a retail purchase that will take you to a status you might really want. TUGgers have been doing this for a long time. The maintenance fees have been very stable since we have owned it.

It can also be used for Points for Deposit in RCI. Any resort a person owns can be deposited into the free weeks account you get in RCI Points. I would almost be tempted myself, but we already own two of these 3 bedrooms and use them in PIC.

Ya, I won't be making a Wyndham retail purchase, so this unfortunately won't work for me. Thanks for the info!
