I own two 2br units in the Tennis section (674-C1 & 666-N2). Because the points for this year are partially used I would prefer for you to begin useage in 2011 but if you want to use it this year, we can work something out.
This ownership works really well if you rent out the summer weeks (easy to do through the resort (they take out a percentage) but I've gotten more by by listing on rental sites at $200.00 below the resort rate)
I've really enjoyed this ownership but it does take some effort & I no longer have the time.
I am prepared to split all closing & transfer cost but if you take them both I'll pay all of the cost.
MF are paid quarterly and I'm not sure but I think it's about $200.00 per quarter. I'll call the resort tomorrow to get the exact amount.
