This is a 2-bedroom floating week, with annual use, less than 4 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Maintenance fees:

• 2025 maintenance fees have been paid: $665
• Due date for MFs is Jan. 1

Use:

• Annual, with first use for new owner in 2025
• 2025 week reserved: Saturday, Sept. 27, to Saturday, Oct. 4 (week 39)
• Choose your check-in day when you reserve your week

These time frames are eligible for booking:

• Weeks 1-21 (January - May)
• Weeks 36-39 (September)
• Weeks 44-52 (November-December)

Weeks can be reserved a year in advance by calling the resort.

Exchanges:

• Interval International: I’ve booked floating weeks in February-March, May-June and November. In all cases these deposits were exchanged for my favored destination, the Cliffs Club on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.
  
  
• RCI: I usually traded this ownership through II, but one year I deposited to RCI Weeks and received 27 trading power for week 39 (late September). Week 39 is reserved again for 2025.

This is a great trader on Interval, and cheap MF. i would pick it up if I didn't already have 3 units at this resort lol

I also would have grabbed this if I didn't already have 2 II Traders. But I do kind of wish I'd seen this pre getting the Town Square one 3 months ago just cause MFs are like $300 cheaper.
