Hello, we would like to transfer our Ridge Tahoe timeshare to someone who can make use of it more than we can. Maintenance fees are fully paid off and up to date. We pay annual fees every December. The 2BD/2BA condo suite is in the TOWER building at The Ridge Tahoe. It's a lock-off unit so you have flexibility in either splitting your week to use each room (a one-bedroom suite with full kitchen and a hotel-type suite with kitchenette) or using the entire unit for a full week. It's not tied to a particular week, so you can choose any prime season week (mid to end of December, early Jan to mid-April and latter-May to latter-Sept).
Next annual fee collection would be in December 2025. We currently have two deposits for use (one reserved for April 2026 and one TBD December 2026-November 2027). You can change the April 2026 reservation for $19.
