Just returned from FS aviara.
The place is tired and needs a total refurbishment.
The units are old and have not been redone.
Anyone know if that is in the future plans?

I agree. We own there and I expected more. I have not heard what the plans are but I will watch out for them.

Despite the bright brass fixtures, white kitchen appliances, and other decor straight out of the 80's, we still love it there.

I asked and they are planning a refurbishment in 2023 and it will be quarterl.
