Looking to sell my Sheraton Desert Oasis timeshare. I have owned this since 2011.

1 Bedroom
Annual
Red Week (Floating 1-52)

I have already paid the 2015 MF so just looking to get that back $665.32 + escrow fees.

Available for 2015 (still with SVO)

Have traded via Interval International for two bedrooms at:
- Bel Air Collection, Cabo San Lucas
- Marriott Phuket Beach Club, Thailand
- Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort North

PM me if you have interest.

In what way is 2014 available?

Is this the large 1 bdm. or the small one bedroom?

Have you made a 2015 reservation?

By escrow, I believe you mean closing costs - you can get an inexpensive closing from L.T. Transfers for around $150.

I have not used 2014 or 2015 in Interval and I believe they are good for 3 years. If I am incorrect, I'm sure I can use the 2014 via II this year.

I have not made any 2015 reservations on this unit as I have 2 others.

Great to know about L.T. Transfers as I have never sold one before.

Tara

If you deposited the 2014 and 2015 usage in interval, they will stay in your II Acct. - the II Acct. does not transfer with the ownership. That means the new owner will not get usage until 2016.

It's too late for the 2014, week, but I recommend that you pull the 2015 week back out of II, so the new owner can use it or deposit it in their own II Acct.

I just called MyStarCentral and the 2015 has not been deposited yet so still there.

That's good!

I believe this is the small 1 bedroom but have not had any problems trading for a 2 bedroom even in Maui.

Per SVO - small One Bedroom Deluxe Villa

This would be a nice acquisition for someone who wants a strong trader with the Starwood to Starwood preference in II. It was just completely renovated, too.

Good luck! :hi:
