What week range can be reserved each use year? If Master and Studio it’s actually a 2BR correct? Is there a 2025 reservation yet?

2 bedroom OR can be used a Master and Studio separately
contract says "1 floating spring/fall 2 bedroom lockoff"
her memory is that it could be used any time as it is floating

Hi Denise...not branded...owned by a private Colorado based group called Breckenridge Grand Vacations. They own and operate 3 really nice resorts in Breckenridge...Grand Timber Lodge/Grand Lodge on Peak 7/Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and a 4th called Gold Pointe

I just spoke with the resort and the weeks that can be booked are the weeks listed as spring/fall not any in winter season. I am not sure why the winter season is highlighted. The owner services representative stated that the winter season is specific for winter, furthermore, that weeks 51 and 52 are specifically deeded and are also excluded form winter season float, but that owners can receive a 20% discount if they want to book weeks 51/52.
