Floor Plans of Emerald Grande at Destin

Hi! Is anyone else having trouble seeing the PDF of the floor plans for this resort? It also seems that the other Panhandle resorts I am having same issue. I know others work. I am wondering if it is my version of Adobe. I also tried google chrome and firefox. I am on edge. I have windows 10. I am wanting to know difference of reg. 3 br and a 3 br plus.

Anyone have these that can post them?

Hm, not sure what's happening with your computer. Here's what I see, using Chrome, for the 3 Bedroom Deluxe Pool View:

And here's the 3 Bedroom Plus:

Quite a difference, actually. The Deluxe only has 2 baths and the 3rd BR is tiny. However, the Plus has 3 bedrooms suitable for adult couples, each with a private bath. Also, the Plus has a table on the lanai for meals outside. Whether these differences matter to you and your travel party is up to you.
 
They call that a 3BR?? More like 2BR and an extra closet!

It shows a bed, but I think it is actually bunk beds in that room.
 
It seems there are laws that require a 'bedroom' to have a window and more than one exit, so generally a window. Maybe different in Florida.
 
I'm not sure whether all windows are depicted in that image or not. The center BR which has direct access to the shared bath only shows a swing door to the LR lanai. It does not show a regular window on the exterior wall and I don't know if this is true or not but it seems weird. So I also don't know whether the bunk room has a window or not. Since the condo entrance door is on the same wall, I can't tell whether the bunk room exterior wall faces the exterior walkway and would have a window with no privacy or whether it would border a neighboring condo. ???

A bunk BR is normally suitable just for kids who only sleep in there. But regardless, the 3BR Plus is preferable for us.
